⚡ This socket is a very reliable and well-made 16-amp plug. I have bought this before, and so this is a returning purchase. Nothing has changed, and I would buy this plug again. The top features for me are as follows: It has an extremely reliable cable gland that tightens down on the wire as you twist the base. This is nothing like the simple push-in type of weatherproofing, and the gland with this socket is very weather-resistant and grips the cable tightly. 🔌 Next, the socket body has a latch that allows the pin part to click into place and be retained by the body. This is not so easy to get apart again, but it just needs a small screwdriver to push in a small tab. This makes a very positive join, and there are no screws to corrode and fewer entry points for moisture. The terminals are strong and well-constructed, and the body of the plug has a hook on the side, which can be used for hanging the plug up but also for securing its corresponding socket together if you have one of the same design as I already have. Recommended. ✔️

Bought to replace an old plug on our Campervan which was proving difficult to use. Changed to this in 10 minutes, and connects much easier to hookups.

These adapter is easy and great to use, it’s decent quality and fits well. Definitely recommend if you need this adapter

Very easy to install and nice strong cable grip

Don't connect the blue parts together until you connect wire's as they are really hard to get open once they are locked together. Good solid plug though time will tell it is waterproof.
