Do you have any lip balms with 20% zinc oxide?

No, we have 10% non-nano zinc oxide in our lip balms, which will give an SPF of at least 20. Also note that our 10% ZnO is more than many brands with less that claim SPFs over 30. Finally, if you're looking for our higher zinc oxide content of 25% (the highest of any brand), ALL our products are perfectly fine for use on the lips, as our zinc oxide is the highest edible-grade quality, and our inactive ingredients are certified organic and of the highest purity. The 10% non nano zinc oxide will deliver about 15 SPF, but we do not list this on our label, since we have not had our lip balm rating independently verified yet. All our other sunscreens SPFs are fully tested and verified.

Is this lip balm clear but with zinc

Hi Anne Marie,
No, this is not clear. It's very white and will show white on the lips. We do not use any so-called "clear" or "shear" zinc oxide, which is used by some brands in order to make their zinc oxide products less white. They do this by grinding the zinc oxide particles into a fine powder, which creates a large proportion of nano particles (smaller than a nanometer and crucially, small enough to enter into and affect marine biosystems. And since zinc oxide is toxic to most marine life, it's vital for true marine-safe products to use only NON-nano zinc oxide, since such large particles versions are completely safe to marine life, since they are much too large to enter/affect their biosystems, falling to the ocean/river floor where they'll sit inertly permanently, since zinc oxide has a 0 decay rate in water. (However, since the term "reef safe" is not regulated, any product can legally claim it, you'll see many "clear" zinc products claim reef safe status, even though they are absolutely NOT reef safe.)
