Make it stronger with fats
Great stuff with many positive effects. One issue is this isn't a form with oils in it, so take it with some food with plenty of oil or you can just take some olive oil in a spoon. Apigenin has a low "bioavailability" meaning it does not absorb in the body well, but with fats added it is able to absorb much better, by up to around 3x better the research says. I take this at night with Magnesium Gycinate and it works so well. I tried taking it with Magnesium Threonate but it didnt work as well. I take it about 30 mins before bed and it makes me drowsy and relaxed. I am a naturally anxious person, so my mind usually races right as I am trying to fall asleep. This gets rid of that and allows me to sleep. I dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore either. Would definitely buy again!
