Take this every morning!
My husband and I try to take this magnesium every morning. Apparently, a lot of people are low on magnesium all the time. We really like this one, jigsaw brand is trustworthy and has the most “bioavailable” supplements. Magnesium is necessary for your body to function properly. This one is JUST magnesium and not a bunch of unneeded ingredients.

Great product definitely recommend!
This stuff is amazing! I was on meds for a pinched nerve, but no longer, because of this! This is the only thing I found that controls my pain, shaking and arm cramps. Its amazing!

Updated review; it is not an expired product
Updated Feedback: I just received a letter from the Jigsaw Health Company explaining me that the MFG (manufacturing Date) means that the product was made on that date (06-2019), and their products are %100 good for 2 years after such date. I apologize for my ignorance and previous feedback. Also, I just purchased their product again because I like the quality from this company. PREVIOUS FEEDBACK: I just realized that This product was already expired when I bought it on November 2019...
