My 9 year old is obsessed with "vintage" elmo and this guy is perfect. The box is original, elmo looks GREAT & all original paperwork(even expired battery coupons 🤣) was In box! We couldn't be happier!

I paid for a new product and received a used product!
I paid for a brand new Elmo and received a used one. The batteries had busted in the battery pack and were corroded. The wool on the front of Elmo’s foot and the back of his legs are all matted there is some wool that is just pulled out The box that it came in was extremely worn. I am truly upset for this was a gift for my granddaughter.

Tickle Me Elmo doesn’t work on Christmas morning
My 21-month granddaughter loves Elmo and she was so excited to unwrap Elmo. What a heartbreaking disappointment when Elmo did not make a sound. After troubleshooting we found the batteries were corroded. We are in the process of trying to clean the corrosion off the battery connections while tears roll down my granddaughter’s cheek on Christmas morning.
