As a dentist, I was hoping I could recommend this product to my patients who have a difficult time flossing. The most difficult part about flossing is making it a habit. Nonetheless, I don't recommend anything to anybody, unless I've used it myself. I installed the unit and since day 1, it did not work. The adhesive was so strong against my mirror, I couldn't detach it by hand, it would've been better if this was held by a suction mechanism. But most importantly, the floss just kept spitting out on its own, even when I was not present. I installed it during the evening, the next morning I was left with a tangled mess of the proprietary floss this company uses. Either I received a defective unit, or this product just doesn't do what it is advertised. I was very hopeful with this product, but unfortunately cannot recommend it as it has caused more frustration and took more time to fix and address than using your traditional non-automated floss.

This thing is WAY better than I expected. First off, the floss in it. I've used Oral-B Glide floss for years. Its too flimsy and weak. The floss in the Flosstime is similar to glide, in terms of thickness, but it holds up much better. It doesn't fray and doesn't brake when I'm half-way through. That was my biggest concern in terms of this gizmo. It dispenses a really good amount of floss for me - not so much I waste a bunch, but enough to do my whole mouth. You can also adjust how much gets dispensed. The little lights around the edge that help indicate how long you should be flossing are entertaining, although I could live without that. I did take the little froggy off because it looked like he was winking at us. Did I "need" this thing? Definitely not. I wouldn't have bothered buying it if it weren't for meeting someone who told me about it when we were talking about our oral hygiene (weird, I know). But I really like having it after about a month with it on my mirror. Also, it did solve one problem. I used to keep the floss on a tiny shelf in the bathroom. Every once in a while it would fall off and end up in the sink or the garbage can. This one sticks to my mirror and never falls off.

Great idea to promote flossing. Nice design and concept and i love the LED lights. What i dont like is that if you are the only one using it, and you dont use it every day for any reason, for example if you go out of town for one night, the device keeps spitting flush. I went out for a weekend and when i returned home the line was almost down to the floor. Also i dont like the fact that you have to buy their cartridges, instead of being able to load your own when you run out of floss

Its WAY TOO bulky. Sticking out too much. Plus no setting on how long you wanted so wasted a lots of floss

I am very disappointed in this product. The tape with glue that is on the back of this product is supposed to be strong so you can attach it to​ your bathroom mirror. Well, it is not and the tape is Very weak. My flosstime has fallen a few times from my mirror. Also, he most disappointing part is that the product works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. There is supposed to be an orange light that reminds you to floss. That orange lights works some days and sometimes there is no orange light reminder for days

This is great. I love the lights, and the timer inside really works. Everyone I show this to wants one now. The best part is, that the family is actually using it and flossing. First time I've seen this in my house. Can't wait for my dentist's reaction at our next checkups. She's going to be floored. This could really make a difference. My mom needs one of these.

Wanted to like this so much but it does not produce as promised. Tearing the floss off is not as easy. You have to pull quick and down but try to explain that to kids! The kids end up pulling down slow the unit breaks apart and pull out a lot more then they need and just end up wasting a ton of floss at faster pace then I want them to. Although the refills are expensiveness you will have to order them from Flosstime website ONLY you can not find them anywhere else. The floss reminder is cool with the lights blinking but that is all your pretty much paying for is for a floss reminder and you can do that on your phone and save your money.

Didn't last a week glued on my mirror.
