Will this work with standard u.s. 110v ac electricity?

The input voltage for this unit is anything between 220 and 110 VAC. For the SSR output it produces an out put that will be a direct current suitable to trigger the solid State relay if it is designed for that kind of output. If the picture on this question's post is correct then you should find my output description is true.

Where can I get a drawing that shows what each of the 10 terminals on the back of the pid is for?

Seems to me the diagram was included with the controller, or on the controller, or within the box.

Can this be set to display in Fahrenheit

Yes. Setting CF to F in the basic settings.

Does this come with solid state relay and temp sensor?
