The perfect food
Tasty, healthy and very easy to prepare. Can be a perfect rice replacement or can be put into soups. Very easy to prepare and is decent the next day if kept in the fridge. I recommend it to everyone.

Super-healthy and tasty, I cook this in my pressure cooker and it only takes 6 minutes, HUGE amounts of Protein & Fibre. I now use this instead of Brown Rice.

Good, except some hard bits in this!
Nice and good value compared to local supermarket, but some hard twig like pieces and husks (?) in each batch I’ve cooked. Love the grain and flavour though.
