Love all of the ingredients
I am 6 months pregnant now and have taken this prenatal since before I got pregnant. My baby is very healthy so far and I have not had any complications. This prenatal has everything I need, but I do take it with Omega 3s. I do think it’s pricey but worth it to make sure my baby is getting everything they need. The pill doesn’t have the best smell but I just take it quickly and it goes down easily. During the first trimester I did have to take it with food or else I’d get nauseas. Overall, this prenatal has worked great for me so far.

Great product!
These work great! I’m 22 weeks now and I have a perfectly healthy baby that is measuring right on time! They do smell and taste not the best so I just take them with orange juice and you can’t taste the pill. My doola and midwife recommended these to me. Great product !

Take at night if it makes you sick
Made me so sick 20-30 mins after taking but as soon as I switch to taking at night I instantly felt better. I wake up feeling so refreshed and alert. The smell and taste is not so good. I will try citrus instead next time

Cured Nausea
Wow! These completely diminished my morning sickness and nausea for the first trimester. I’m on my third pregnancy, my first two I was horrifically sick especially in the first tri and this pregnancy little to no nausea and I’m thinking it’s because of these prenatals since I took a generic one the first two pregnancies. I missed two days of taking these and my nausea came on hard that 2nd day. Then I took this prenatal and it was gone the next. Only thing I don’t like is that they taste horrible but I’ve heard good things about the orange flavor so I’ll be trying that next

Poor quality control
Ordered two bottles. First one was short two pills. Second one was a totally different color (clear pill casing- its whats inside was different). Also had large black flecks. I have reached out to needed 4 times regarding the pills being a vastly different color than the first bottle. Literally no one has responded in the 4 weeks ive been trying to contact them. Its sad bc i was super excited about these. Would not recommend bc i have seen other reviews with the same issues with color of pills being off. My guess is quality control is not good.

Disappointed
I really wanted to love these. I still think they are probably one of the most researched and highest quality products on the market but it is not working for me. 1. It’s super expensive when you consider you have to buy additional supplements to meet basic needs like iron and omega 3s. 2. The smell and taste is so terrible that I can barely open the jar without gagging, let alone swallow the pills. I have to take an immediate flavor chaser to subdue the off gas that sits in my mouth after swallowing. I wish I could get over it, in fact I’ve been trying for 3 months, but today I hit my tolerance limit as they left me dry heaving in the kitchen as my toddler screamed and crawled all over me. 3. I was taking ritual before and switched for the higher doses in key nutrients, but I do not feel the energy lift I had with ritual, so I’m switching back. 4. I usually have a cast iron stomach but if I dare to forget to eat before taking these I get nausea within minutes. Perhaps it’s the strength of the vitamin, but I’m tired of all the consequences of taking these pills. Look for my review of ritual’s prenatal in a couple of months if you want to know how the switch goes for me.

Smells Terrible
These smell so bad, it was really hard to get them down during the first trimester. I threw them back up multiple times. They do have good vitamins and ingredients but honestly the smell/taste is not worth it when there are other good products on the market.

4 stars only due to taste
I only gave 4 stars due to taste. I’ve tried both the regular and citrus insert and I will say the citrus insert is terrible. It tastes like I’m eating lemon pledge. I threw up twice due to the taste of the citrus. I had to finish the bottle because these are so expensive. I switched back to the regular and it just tastes like medicine, very manageable. I believe they helped with my morning sickness this time around as with my first I was throwing up everyday. Would recommend to anyone.
