Supply and demand. Remember, the manufacturing of webcams became nonexistent for a few years as they were built into laptops. With COVID everyone started doing Zoom and demand skyrocketed. while supply remained the same. Now, the C615 is a very good webcam with 8 megapixels vs 2 megapixels that the 922 has. Also, the C915 has low light correction which again, the 922 does not have. Now, the 922 is not $30, as it is currently listed at $99 on the logitech website. Remember, supply and demand.
