Could this strap fit a 325 lb man

I am 275 pounds. It fits me well. I didn't touch any of the adjustments when I got it There is plenty of adjustment left. Hope this helps.

Will this adjust small enough to fit a child?

It's not designed to hold a child. It's just for binoculars. What kind of parent are you?! ;-) Just kidding!

Can you use this harness for monocular?

It would depend on the design of the monocular, but yes should be able to.

Does this harness fit Vortex Diamondback binoculars?

I don’t own Vortex; but I have cousins who do. I’m pretty sure it will fit. This is pretty universal. You can always purchase an extra strap to add onto it if for some reason your binoculars are very unique
