these shoes look great and are cute. We take a lot of long walks and these are my sons fast shoes he says, i think because they're lightweight and not bulky he feels fast, the velcro helps them stay on, and they have really good traction and sturdiness on the bottom but are flexible for climbing. i will say for size i feel like they run a little small.Maybe order one size up.

I bought these shoes for my daughter (she’s 5 years old, size 7 youth), and they turned out better than I expected. The fit was spot-on with her usual size — no need to size up or down. She wears them daily to school, and after 3 weeks of running around in recess, the soles still look almost new. The cushioning is soft enough that she says her feet don’t hurt after P.E. class. What I really like is the flexibility of the sole — it bends easily, which makes them comfortable for active kids, but it’s still sturdy enough for support. The stitching looks well made, not just glued, so I expect them to last through the whole school year. Overall, very impressed — stylish enough that she likes wearing them with casual outfits, but durable enough for sports and everyday school use. Would definitely buy again in another color.

We are big fans of the Simple Joys line, and these Bailey sneakers didn't disappoint. We’ve been using them for a few months now, and they’ve held up surprisingly well against the playground and preschool mud. The pink color is vibrant but doesn't show dirt as badly as I feared. The best part? The "easy-on" factor. The velcro is strong but manageable enough that my toddler can start practicing doing it herself. The sole has a good grip—no slipping on hardwood floors—and they seem to provide decent arch support for a play shoe. They run true to size; we got the 9 Toddler and it fits perfectly with a standard pair of socks. They’ve survived the washing machine once already (air dried them!) and came out looking brand new.

Perfect shoes for my toddler! I've bought these shoes in two different sizes and keep coming back to them. There easy to put on, my toddler loves them and appears to have no problem with discomfort or anything. They have great traction which is important on playgrounds or if the ground is wet. These shoes are also really durable given the price. My toddler wears these just about everyday and although there are signs of wear, I'm sure they will last her until she grows out of them. I'd highly recommend these and plan on buying them again when she needs her next size.

Very cute but they run very small! My daughter is in a 6.5 in her other shoes and I bought these in a 7 and they don’t fit

Get these!! Especially on sale with the 25 percent off coupon! I ordered these in Navy in size 12 for my six year old son who has autism. He isn’t very happy about switching to new shoes but he adapted to these quickly which is a good sign. He was wearing size 11’s and I knew it was about time to get him the next size up. These are *slightly* narrower than shoes made to have a wide toe box for younger kids, but not narrow like Nike’s in this size. So if your child is just about ready for the next size up, go for these…if they are a touch long, the narrowness will help them fit. These are VERY well made! They are a steal for around $13! While my LO really loves to wear these shoes and the olive is a nice color, the front of the shoes started flaking off within a couple wears. This is really disappointing as they are a sharp looking shoe and apparently very comfy. So he’d say they’re 5-stars but I’d say they’re 2-stars for durability
