Temperature mode is suitable for cooking with low water content (such as frying), and power mode is suitable for cooking with high water content (cooking soup, hot pot, boiling water)
The level of temperature and power correspond to the strength of firepower
The strength the firepower is the length of time. Strong firepower takes a short time, and weaker firepower takes a long time.
