How would this work as a gaming monitor?

It's only 60hz so it's not great for gaming. You want to find something that's like 144 HZ or more

Does it come with sound/speakers?

Yes it has internal speakers. They are sufficient for everyday use but only around 4 Watts. I since have added a bar speaker underneath since I will view movies, etc. BTW, I absolute love this monitor. I'm not a gamer but more of a designer and everyday web surfer.

Is this monitor compatible with the newest MacBook Pro (2019)?
