These are actually really comfortable and provide solid support right where you need it. I used them in a pair of pointed-toe heels that normally put a lot of pressure on the ball of my foot, and they definitely made a difference after a few hours of wear. The cushioning is soft but still supportive, and they stayed in place without sliding around. They add comfort without feeling bulky, which I really appreciate in a slimmer heel. Overall, a simple addition that makes wearing heels much more manageable.

I bought these to wear inside my open toed heels for my sisters wedding. My feet often get sweaty & sore when wearing heels but these cushion inserts were amazing!! They were comfortable, prevented my toes from sliding out the top, and stayed in place! The clear cushions worked great for my nude heels and were not visible in the pictures! I was able to wear my heels all day without the sore feet!

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that it is not clear as to where to place them. Once they are properly places, they keep your feet from sliding tightly into the toe space. This makes high heels more comfortable from the start, and takes about 3 times as long to reach the normal level of pain. Tee-hee.

These were perfect! I wore heels one day before my even and my feet kept slipping and spilling over the edge and it left me with a whole bunch of blisters because I kept trying to adjust my feet, but these! These helped my feet from slipping and gave me a little bit of cushion and height on my foot so that the straps wouldn’t slip and there was little texture at the bottom to help my foot from slipping! I wasn’t sure if they’d help because of these reviews but I guess it all just depends on how you put them on and what shoe! They stick well to the heel and didn’t shift at all

Maybe this would be better for someone with long toes, but it’s not gonna work for my female size 5-5.5 feet. The raised part that goes between the toes and ball of foot (metatarsal) means that it cannot be placed any farther back. So there’s about 1/2” visible beyond my toes. Yes, I have little feet, and my toes aren’t very long. My 3 middle toes extend 3/4” to 1” and my big toe extends 1 3/8” from the ball of foot. The toe area extends about 1 1/8” at the center. I tried cutting off the end of one of the pads, but the end is sticky. I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The quality of materials seems good, but it’s not helpful at all for me because I wanted to use them in sandals.

These worked out perfectly for my Paradox London heels! Danced all night pain free! Padding in just the right spot. I like the clear design with my open toe sandals!
