This chair was inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting anything too terrific. I was definitely wrong. It is very soft material, easy to clean, and extremely comfortable. All the bells & whistles you could want. I fall asleep in it all the time because it’s that comfortable. It’s easy to use, reclines nicely & is not so big that it takes up half the room. Would definitely buy it again.

The chair was well packaged - it came in a box that was about 3 ft. on each side. Assembly was quick & easy - just take your time when connecting the wires for the remotes and then fitting the back to the seat. The chair is comfortable, and while not a “wall hugger”, it does not take much space. The two wired “remotes” work perfectly; only cons are that the wire for the seat adjustment remote could be longer, and the massage/heat remote did not have instructions, but it’s not too difficult to figure out. I haven’t used the “stand up” feature yet (except to test it), but it will be great when the day comes that I’ll need it. Overall, it is a good value for the price.

A little on the short side, but knew it was a smaller recliner when ordering. Comfy and massage works nice. Dark gray definitely has a Blue tint to it. Wish it was a little more gray

I received my recliner massage chair well packaged and on time. I was happy to find that box was not damaged and when I opened box everything thing was nicely packaged. Couch was not tremendously heavy but you will need help carrying box. The assembly was very easy. You just have to snap backing of couch and connect the remote. Took like ten minutes to assemble. The massage remote is very easy to use and Couch is very nice and sturdy. I was very happy with the couch and my husband was too as I bought it for him because he is a hard worker and when he gets home he can now rest on his new couch and also get a massage. This was a great buy and the price was reasonable. I am very very happy with this purchase that I will be purchasing one for me nxt!

The item came in a big box that was badly damaged but amazingly the chair was not ripped apart. It had very small nicks but not that noticeable. It was easy enough to put together and the chair does a great job lifting and reclining. My biggest issue is that the massager and the heat DOES NOT WORK. We attached all the cords where it is supposed to go but weirdly there was one cord that had nothing to attach to. It just randomly hangs there. If you look at the pictures you will see all cords are attached expect for this one random one. The massager remote is plugged in but no power. We don't know if there's another cord that is missing and there is no one to reach out to inquire about. If it's just missing a cord, then they can just send it out but it looks like the only option I have is to refund or replace. What a hassle to replace when all I might need is possibly a cord to get the massager and the heat to work. But again there is no one to ask.

I got this recliner for be comfortable during my surgery recovery . I’m sooo glad I have it. I slept on it for two entire weeks and spent most of the day on it too. I also bought a fabric cover so I wasn’t cool of sweating. It lifts you up, so you don’t have to make any effort or use your arms I was looking on different furniture stores and other Amazon sellers, and without hesitation this was the best option: size, esthetic, functionality and price. I really recommend it. …Two months later and I still loving it… somebody asked… and Yes, it pass through a regular 36-inch door. It comes in two boxes and is very easy to assemble.

It is a comfy chair! I purchased it for my postpartum recovery and the feature that helps you stand up was really nice in that regard. However, we have only had the chair a little over 2 months and it squeaks like crazy when we use the recline feature at all! We’re trying to use it with a newborn so the loud squeaking isn’t ideal. Not sure how to contact the company about this to see if there’s a fix either.

POWER CORD WORKED BUT REMOTE CONTGROL DID NOT... SO I CALLED AMAZON AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACTTHE SELLER... LONG STORY SHORT, GOT MY REMOTE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND ALL WORKED WELL... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AMAZON AND THE THE SELLER.. THANKS... SEEMS TO BE WORKING SO FAR, AS I JUST GOT IT TODAY AND ALL OKAY
