This electrolytes are awesome for work out, hot summer days and for the everyday. Good ingredients, usually I like the lemonade flavor so I can replace a regular lemonade with this and works amazing. The container is a little small even though has about 30 servings and the price is ok. Just didn’t like any other flavor besides lemonade. Over all good.

I love the taste. I’ve tried grape and some others but for me I’m such a lemon head LOL. Product does its job and makes me feel good when I fast.
