Will this fit a 2005 f-150

No. Also this model # filter is not reliable to stay sealed between the rubber (clamping area) & the chrome metal base (the rubber is just popped into the metal). As the rubber hardens the clearance will increase & the filter can fall off while the rubber will still be connected. Also the "3 valve" F150 engines don't fair well with trash in the vcts, cam phasers etc Please choose another filter.

will this fit 9900 series filter for silverado?

I needed a replacement filter for my 9900 CAI kit as well, for my 2000 Silverado. According to Spectre's website you need one of these: HPR9891http://www.spectreperformance.com/search/product.aspx?prod=9900#specifications
