What are the dimensions of the coats rack standing?

Abou 6.5 feet tall x 2 feet wide foundational bottom

the thread for one of the bottom legs is loose and causes the coat rack to tilt. ive tried continuously turning the leg tighter no avail. any advice?

Is the brown one stained (so you can see the grain in the wood) or painted?

It looks to me that it is stained. It definitely is not painted. I really like it and use it in the bathroom for towels because I have no place to put towel racks. It is also handy when leaving the tub for something to hang unto.
