UPDATE JULY 2022: After 5 weeks of builder gel extensions on my nails they have grown so much. I have used this product on and off missing some days when i had press on nails . But this product still truly works i wanted my natural nails to grow long and they truly have with this product. It takes time and patience , ive learned to be gentle with my nails and leave them alone . No polishing weekly, just cuticle care and strengthener. PICS :3 and 4 , 5 week growth 6 months of use , have had breakage in between Original Review: I love this stuff , it actually worked on growing my natural nails out. I pulled off press ons that I did myself and builder gel nails and tbh i knew it was gonna mess up my nails but i didnt know how much. Next month and a half my nails BARELY grew but they finally did when i got this product !!! Im sooo happy to use this product & see actually results . I use it every 3 days as the directions state ans im more gentler with my nails . I was hoping this would add more strength than it has. I am re growing my own nails after acrylic. Nails are weak, of course from damage done by acrylic products. I gave it 3 stars because, I wish to give it more time and then re assess its value. For now, my nails are protected. I also covered the free edge and back side to add strength. I am re applying every day at this stage, and removing once per week to start fresh. I will update in 6 to 8 weeks. Hoping to give this 4 or 5 stars.

This surprised me more than I expected, my nails are definitely stronger and seem to be growing. They were in bad shape.
