Point A (PAM-3H) Premium 3-Function Full Electric Hospital Bed for Home Use, ...

My husband is unable to walk and became bed bound at the end of 2024, I ordered this bed in March 2025 because after researching many beds, we determined the all-electric PAM 3H offered the most to address his needs. We received the bed promptly as per the seller's description. It was very easy to assemble. After receiving the bed, I contacted the seller (who was in CA) to clarify some small issues and their Customer Service was very easy to talk to, very professional and eager to resolve the issues promptly. We received nothing but excellent service. After owning this bed for over a year and using it consistently, it continues to be easy to maneuver and I, as the sole caretaker, am still very satisfied with its quality and performance, and that all the parts/motor/railings/bed structure/ functionality/ maneuverability--are working absolutely perfectly. We are very happy that we purchased this bed. Excellent value for the money. We recommend the bed and the seller highly. Thank you.

Great full electric hospital bed at a very reasonable price. I got this bed for my mother, but she got to use it for only 4 days. As a retired engineer, I am a very picky shopper and reviewed many beds before ordering. The Amazon.com price was 50% lower than the price at a hospital supply store. Structurally, it was very well built and very easy to roll and operate. I would highly recommend this bed.

It works well. The side panels raise and lower. The mattress is cushiony. The wheels can be locked with a lever at the end of the bed. You can raise an lower different sections of the bed. It is heavy and was somewhat difficult to get inside the house (even with two other guys and a ramp). There’s a bunch of sharp nails in the wooden box that it came in. Be careful when unpacking the bed. The memory foam mattress will inflate are you remove it from the vacuum sealed bag.

At first, I rated this transaction is one *. That is because they called me on a Monday to set up a delivery date. They asked me to call them back because I did not know the dimensions of my elevator new student bed would fit. The next thing I know they show up with the bed and it's curbside delivery. As a quadriplegic I needed to find someone to help me get to bed inside my apartment. I do not have anyone nor did they tell me it was curbside delivery nor does it say anywhere in the literature that it is curbside delivery. After I sent the bed and let a scathing review of their customer advertising and delivery service, they called me back and set up a delivery for Thursday and they would have two people to bring my bed up into my apartment. It did work out, but it was very difficult to talk to them on the phone because English seemed to me their second language. It was a very trying week. My friend did help set up the bed and after a few days of sleeping in it, I would have to say that it is fairly comfortable and seems to me, well-built. I like the fact that it is shorter than my old hospital bed and when it goes higher to my old hospital bed. I wish the foot of the bed would go up higher, but I can live it. Overall, after he took a little while to figure out the delivery instructions, I'm happy with the bed

I got a call from the nicest woman, telling me when to expect my bed and that I would need 2 people to move it into the house. She was exactly accurate. The driver showed up on time. He helped get the bed onto the furniture dollies and we were able to have it set up and in my room very quickly. It's already put together, and the mattress came UPS ahead of the bed. Wonderful service! The bed works perfectly. I am so happy, the money spent was well worth the comfort I have now. Highly recommend this product.
