I used this filter on a Walker Mower Kawasaki engine. Not sure if it will work with Kioti.

Will this fit a 31hp Vanguard

This fit my 23hp Vanguard but you will need the Briggs and Stratton part number from your illustrated parts list to see if it crosses to this filter to be sure.
