First off, the seller I got this from was great. Arrived on time. Watch didn't have a single scuff or smudge on it. Literally like new. Box is generic, but everything inside looks original including the charger and the manuals. The battery was a little low (56%) when I got it, so I gave it a charge before set up and it was full in no time. Watch itself is great. Easy set up as long as you follow the directions and use the app. Picked a simple watch face and called it good. The main complaint I saw about this watch is the battery life. I read up before getting it and adjusted settings right off the bat. I don't keep the face on all the time (1. For battery life and 2. Some users had screen burn) I don't care much for the health things, so I have all preferences like the bpm monitor set to manual so I use them as I see fit instead of them either going continuously or every 10 minutes. If you have bad eyesight like me, use the large font setting And for the love of everything, download the Gboard app. Like literally right out of the box past set up, get it. Otherwise you have to use T9 and text like it's 2000 again. The only downside (for me) is I have tiny wrists and the standard band is way too large. There are large gaps on either side. This isn't really a downside, I just had to spend a little extra on a new band. No biggie. Over all, great watch. I may just get my partner one too. (It now has a walkie-talkie app!)

I was worried about it being refurbished. I've had bad luck before. This watch has exceeded my expectations. Battery life is short-ish. I get about 3 days on a charge, but I use it endlessly. Constant heart monitoring, messages, music, all of it. I cannot complain at all. This is my 3rd Galaxy watch and by far is my favorite. I've had it for 2 months now and I am always finding new things it can do. Love love love!

My samsung watch looks and works good. The band looks and feels new, very comfortable. I think it may have had some grime left in the corners of the screen edge. But otherwise looks new. No blemishes or scratches. 40mm. Has great features like sleep tracking and heart rate and activity monitoring. I charge mine for under 30 minutes in the morning and the evening. Battery life seems to depleate quickly. Amazing watch for the price. (Refurbished)

I came back here to edit my first review....Was WAY to hasty. First day it arrived I charged it up to 100%, within the first hour and 30 minutes it went down to 36%...That concerned my very much and I assumed battery health was depleted and not as advertised. BUT to be fair, the set up takes a little bit, I had a update, and a backup as well from my old watch so I'm assuming that took most of the juice out of it. Today is day two with the watch and it is at 55% at 4:43pm after being on since around 7 am, so night and day difference. I will update this as time goes on just in case things change, but so far so good today!

Purchased a refurbished watch in excellent condition to replace the Active2 that I'd had for years. The watch seemed to work great at first. But just after the 90 return window it started having issues charging. It would show low battery after only 10 hours. Since I have another smart watch I switch this one out with, so I can monitor sleep, it didn't seem like a big deal. Then it started randomly powering off during the day and when I'd get it back on the charger it would show that some battery life was still remaining and I could turn it back on. After a few week though, it stopped even doing that. Now it will start to load the intro screen and freeze. I did troubleshooting with Samsung and they recommended I contact the seller. I messaged the seller and have yet to get any response. This was a crappy refurbishment that was patched for just long enough for the buyer to not be able to return.

Long battery life, no damages after being in water without waterproof mode on, all apps and buttons function well, brightness is adjustable to comfort of the eyes, its literally a phone on your wrist, fits perfect with all my outfits and I can use to track my steps along with be in the know about my health and monitor my stress levels. Wrist bands are easy to change

NB - Reviewing an Amazon renewed 40mm Galaxy Watch 4. The watch has no defect I've been able to spot. As of writing this, I've been using it for a little over 48 hours. There are some scratches on the rim and at the screw areas, indicating that it's not brand new. Also, it takes around 60-90 mins to get to full charge from a dead battery, and at the end of an 8hr work day, it's at 48%. It can run hot while charging so look out for that. Seems like the heat can drain the charge as well.

I love all the features this watch has to offer. It has so many way to customize it, and it does everything the average Fitbit does and more. It's not a bad price either. My biggest qualm with it is charging it. The magnet on the charger isnt very strong and doesn't hold the watch very well making it easy to bump it and stop the charge, or if you don't place it just right it won't charge at all. Another thing to mention is that you have to use a wall charger that only outputs 1 amp. Anything higher and the watch will freak out. I bought a refurbished watch and it didn't come with a wall charger or an instruction manual or anything so it took a lot of research to figure that out. Also the battery life is terrible. If you have the constant heart rate monitor and the raise wrist to wake feature enabled the battery dies within 16 hours, so you have to charge it every night which means you can't really use the sleep monitoring functions. Other than that the watch is great. I'd recommend doing some research though and if there is a later model with a better battery life, go for that one.

Es una pasada este reloj!! Si bien la batería no dura mucho como una Smart band con cargarlo mientras te bañas es más que suficiente, me llegó impecable el reloj y después de meses de uso no he tenido problemas, estoy muy contenta con mi compra

El reloj en si me gustó mucho, es muy ligero con una muy buena Pantalla, viene con wear OS y se actualiza apenas lo sacas de la caja. Lo único cómo en todos los smartwatch de este tipo es la bateria, apenas le sacarás día y medio como mucho de ahí en fuera es de lo mejor del mercado. Para mi mala suerte no es compatible con mi celular ( un realme gt) por eso tuve q devolverlo, no tuve problema con eso! Amazon muy bien en ese aspecto
