So easy to slip on and I can still type while I'm wearing it. Used after leaving it in the freezer overnight and used it after 20 mins in the microwave... both times it helped a lot! It does get super cold, so be aware if you have sensitive skin. The heat can get more hot in the thumb area, then the rest of it, so be aware before putting this on your hand. It will burn you if you're not careful. I placed it over my compression glove and that went well. Heart it up for 10 seconds, then 5 second increments until you reach the desired heat according to the package. Remember, microwaves heat from the center outward, so give it a minute each time and use the thumb area as your guage. Also, follow the rule of 20 mins on, 20 off. If you are able to buy more than one, you could alternate heat and cold, which I've found to work rather well. I was taught that by a physical therapist years ago.

This is the most comfortable, easy-to-use wrist ice pack I have ever used. I highly recommend it! It provides 360-degree cooling, which is hard to find in other products. For my treatment, I have only used it for cold therapy so far, so I can’t comment on how well it works for heat or warmth but would expect it to be great.

Not stiff & still enough support to keep my wrist & thumb from bending too much. I needed something that supports my wrist but not cause too much compression and this was that! I mostly use it for cooling (without putting in the fridge) maybe takes an hour to cool down with room temp then lasts about 30-60 mins. When using as an ice pack, the coldness maybe only lasts for 10 mins & quickly warms up.

Easy to handle. Gets cold fast but loses it very quickly. Doesn’t hold the cold for more than 10 minutes the traditional cold pads are superior keeping cold.even if they are not as comfortable to apply.

I'm absolutely in love with this thing! Super soft and comfy. It holds my hand still really well (I'm needing to not move my thumb too much and this accomplishes that without feeling painful from rigidity.) Gets nice & cold. The freezing sensation lasts about 10 min then it remains soothing and chilled but not freezing. I bought 2 to switch off if I want the ice-cold sensation to continue for the second 10 min. This is the most comfortable hand brace I've ever found. I'd almost want to wear it regularly even without the cool factor (tho I did purchase it for the cooling.) Feels like wearing a soft 1 lb weight. Nice gentle compression without overdoing it. Love love love! Sizing hint: If your hand hurts and you're needing the "ice" to lay on your hand without compression, size up for a looser fit. If you do want your hand to be contained and touched by the "ice" at all points, get the size that's suggested. You'll love this!

I have nerve damage in my wrist and needed an ice pack that would stay in place. This works great because it has a thumb brace, it slides on like a glove and stays in place without you having to hold it. It can switch and be worn on either hand and can also be heated and used as a hot pack. It comes with a bag to store it in while in the freezer. It has really helped to ease my discomfort in my wrist. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend it for anyone who has pain in their wrists.

Doesn’t stay cold longer than three minutes no matter how long it is frozen

It fits nice at first it feels good then within a few min it is no longer cold

Have sent a few messages but these are so big they slide off my wrists. They also stay cold for a very very very short period of time!
