I absolutely love the QUINEAR Leg Recovery System. I spend long hours on my feet at work, and by the end of the day, my legs are sore and heavy. These compression boots have been a game-changer for me. They’re incredibly easy to use – just zip them up, pick your setting, and relax. The adjustable timer and pressure levels make it really customizable. I’ve noticed a big difference in circulation and soreness relief. They’re super comfortable too – feels like a deep massage after a long shift. Definitely worth it, especially since it’s FSA/HSA approved!

The cord is long at around 9 feet. Compression boots are marked right and left, but easiest way is to just put the “Quinear” logos to the outside of your legs. Displays the pressure reading, time remaining and where pressure is being applied on the hand-held controller. Operation: It has three modes and three strength settings. These can be switched while using and changed at will. In the Sequence mode it cycles between your feet, angles and calves in that order. In the Circulation mode it cycles the same way, but holds the pressure as it does each section of you leg. The Combination modes is the two modes in succession starting with the Sequence mode and finishing with the Circulation mode. The pressure settings are Low, Mid and Max. I observed around 55mm Hg in low strength, 90mm Hg in mid strength and 140mm Hg in Max strength mode. Around 1.1, 1.7 and 2.7 PSI respectively. It cycles on the minute. Review: I find this to be very relaxing to use. So much so that if I’m tired I fall asleep while using it. You can adjust the pressure to one of the three settings that suit you. I find it to be relatively quiet and it doesn’t bother our sleeping cat when I’m using it. After using it my legs feel great like a mini-reset after a long day. This is an excellent Leg rejuvenator at a very reasonable price!

Overall couldn't ask for anything else. I may invest in getting a full leg pair, but at the moment this pair works amazingly.
