Millennium Marine SW100 Salt Water Boat Seat

Comfy. Dries quick. Does not obstruct view like traditional seaqts.

I bought this for the helm on my sailboat for a year long Caribbean trip. It is really nice. I especially like it because it does not collect water and allows great air circulation when it is humid. I'd buy another in a second if this one ever wears out. UPDATE, two years later. We have used this seat constantly as we sailed from Maine to Tahiti. The side nylon straps broke after one year and we replaced them with some straps we had - the factory webbing is not very UV resistant. The seat material is beginning to tear along the side seams. So it looks like this seat will last about two - three years (ours is beneath an array of solar panels, so it fairly well protected from the sun). I still like it enough to highly recommend it, but am disappointed that it did not last longer.

Added these seats to a mid-90's 15' Boston Whaler Sport. I got older and tired of no back support. Seats are too large to use with a swivel in this particular boat's bench seat, and that's not a problem for me. You can see from the photo that there not a lot of room for these seats in this boat. Need to measure and make sure they will fit your particular configuration. Also, you see from the picture, I mounted the seats on "Wise" John Boat Seat clamps (also from Amazon), just wasn't ready to drill holes in seats. I wish I could find the seat clamp in stainless steel since we live on the Gulf Coast. I also ran a 1" wide nylon cam strap thru the seat clamp and under the seat, this was an effort to keep the seat with clamp from "twisting" off the fiberglass boat seat. I have used boat 4 times with no problem. If the seat clamps do not work out, I will simply bolt the seats directly to the fiberglass bench seat using four 1/4" SS bolts. The seats fit and finish is great, but would not expect less, since the price is greater than I intended to spend. I expect to get years of use and enjoyment and have no regrets with this purchase.

Fits perfectly, nice to set in.

These make a long day of fishing so much better. I have $300 dollar seats in my boat. Still I had back and tailbone pain after a couple of hours of fishing. After buying a pair of these. The pain is not there as before. Also if its hot out, your tail will stay cooler. But if its cold out, well be ready to get cool. But with my cold weather gear on. That is not an issue . No more wet pants from a damp seat. These even with a heavy rain, they dry right out. Well worth the price. Plus these are build for heavy duty use. Update. After using these seats for 2 seasons. I will say, my wife and I would not fish without them. We fish 12 months of the year. Winter time you do get a little cooler. But We wear Artic Armor in cold weather. So not an issue but no wet seat. Summer time man its nice and cool. No more wet shorts from a solid seat.

Gives you hours of comfort. Whether boat or kayak this is got to be the best and most comfortable seat you could purchase in my opinion. Absolutely love it, make sure you get this one that has the adjustment strap.

Comfortable and reclines

It's hot out there. You should be relaxing on the boat. These seats are perfectly designed for their intended purpose. Well worth the price. They shipped super fast and we're packaged decently. Easily the best thing on my boat.

Juste right Good look High quality

Excellent seat, and amazingly comfy and looks great. There are two models millennium makes, this one is much better in quality than the black framed cheaper one. The adjustable back rest is a dream for kayaks as I’m using this one in a raptor kayak, and finding just the right spot is essential for a god day on the water. Absolutely love it, great product. My only one small complaint was that the hole pattern on the bottom wasn’t quite right, but I’m a man, I own a drill, problem solved in 30 seconds.
