10002264 Pilot Assembly NG Fireplace Replacement of HHT Majestic & VC NG Pilot Assembly for Fireplaces, Fryer with 750mV Thermopile

Was just what I needed got my fireplace back up and running. Fit perfectly.

My old thermistor/thermopile was not providing enough voltage. I replaced it with this one and my fireplace is back up and running again. Fit perfect and works perfect.

The Pilot assembly was shipped in a few days and actually arrived ahead of schedule. Price was good and didnt have to wait long for delivery.

Said it would fit in majestic dvr39 and while all the parts will screw in the gas line to the pilot is too small. So now every time a slight breeze blows the pilot light goes out. I cannot adjust the flame anymore then I have and it still will not stay lit. I did check to see if I had pinched the line during installation and that does not seem to be the case. Make sure you compare pictures because even though it says it will be a replacement for your model it may not be

I used this on my Enviro E30 fireplace insert. I started out just replacing the Thermocouple and The Theropile which got my insert going again, however I ended up with a tiny (barely detectable) gas leak on the pilot feed line. When I examined what was going on and the problems I had disassembling the aluminum line, it was apparent that when the insert was factory assembled (first time I had it apart) the tube was mashed and kinked in the tiny space allowed and when I unscrewed the compression nut, I had a tough time getting it out, the tube was kinked in the fitting. never leaked but when I took it apart and reassembled, it must have cracked slightly at the kink. Anyway, go look at Enviro replacement parts, but first mortgage your house. The photo of this part, as many others, looks almost exactly the same as the OEM installation. Not exactly the same, but size wise, functionally, and quality, looks the same and works just as it should. the installation is not really difficult, but when the time comes on the Enviro insert, you wish you had 3 foot long fingers and ballerina thickness arms. Overall, excellent, 1/3 OEM list price or less and is working without a glitch. There appears to be many TC and Thermopile replacements if in the future you need that.
