Absolutely bang on ! I didn't attempt to use the silver wire after reading some reviews and went straight for the gold wire. I used it to remove aluminium angle brackets from my motorhome roof that were there holding the solar panels on. These were held in place with Sikaflex 522 which if you don’t know is notoriously difficult to remove once cured and can only be taken off mechanically ! No dissolver works so it has to be literally cut off. It was suggested that I use a powered multi-tool to do this, but I didn’t want to risk hitting the motorhome roof through the 3mm bead of Sikaflex under the brackets…The gold wire worked a treat. Straight through, no problems.. not a single mark on the roof paint !

Excellent bit of gear. Does exactly what it says. I had to remove a bonded window which I had fitted to my van but was leaking. This equipment made the removal of the window fairly easy and didn't mark my van or the window. I then reinstalled the window correctly. The removal was quite straight forward using this equipment I would recommend it to anyone as its quick and simple and saves a lot of time compared to mucking about trying other removal methods that could lead to damaging van or window.

Used this immediately and removed both window screens on my car. The small cable is useless. But the gold one is great.
