Its a thick liquid. Taste a lot like vitamin b12, you know that particular flavor, but tastes good

Great absorption ‼️
The best vitamins! I love that it's absorption, which is excellent from an intake perspective. One thing is important: the taste is not the best, so I leave it in the fridge, and it tastes better cold.

Rancid flavor that stays all day!
Love Mary Ruth vitamins and have been using them for years. It seems to be the only vitamins that help get my levels healthy. I previously used the women’s 40+ lipsomal peach vanilla and it tasted like peach. I mistakenly bought this one which is marketed to have the same flavor, however it is unbearable! I’ve never had a Mary Ruth’s product that I had to throw away and could not swallow. The fish flavor stays all day long and I could not get rid of it. Do yourself a favor and buy another one of their products and not this one!

The Taste is Unbearable 😭
I normally love Mary Ruth's but the flavor of this was literally horrible. I was gagging pouring it into the drink I was going to drink it in, and the fish flavor completely overpowered it to the point I spit it out and almost threw up. I've literally never capped a bottle faster than in that moment. My kitchen still smells like what I assume the abandoned fish market in my village smells like. Would not recommend this specific flavor to even my worst enemy, respectfully. But the general idea of a liquid vitamin, I would recommend.

Helps alot and has clean ingredients. It is quite thick so mixing it with something helps take it better

Great option for people who dislike pills
We are huge fans of Mary Ruth’s Organics - I’ve never been one to like taking pills so I thought I’d enjoy the liquid vitamins. The ingredients are all natural. The texture is fairly thick so it’s definitely something to get used to. I have always felt the flavors of the vitamins are quite overpowering and make it tough to swallow.

I've been taking this multivitamin for years. Yes, it "tastes a bit fishy"—it's called amino acids. Lol. Get past the taste and you have effectiveness. My hair is thick, my skin glows, I have no wrinkles, I have energy all day, and it helps with my appetite. I've recommended this product to multiple people and they have noticed a difference.
