This is a quality product. It's hard for me to tell if it's helping considering I use other products that are similar along with it. No upset stomach or anything like that. I can recommend it.

Work well in decreasing urge to pee to often

I bought this to give it a try for my "tiny bladder" and it's helped with not only that, but also my stomach (which was unexpected). I kept seeing AZO Bladder Control advertise and looked it up. It was pricey and I was skeptical that it'd even work so I found this instead. I've struggled with urgency my entire life and since I have a long coast-to-coast drive across the US coming up. I figured it can't hurt to try so that I don't have to stop to pee every 30-60 minutes. It has helped so much and then some! It took about a week for me to notice a difference, but the changes are huge. Usually when I had the urge to go, it was an instant emergency, if not, it would become one fast. I've noticed I can also drink more fluids thanI could before. I don't have to time when I drink fluid with anything. I can drink late at night and I still sleep through the night. Public outings no longer have any panic to find a bathroom either, since if I get the urge to go, I can hold it. No more emergencies unless my bladder is literally full. The part where it really helped me is my stomach. Recently I started struggling with some sort of acid issue in my stomach which has been causing wear and tear on my stomach lining. Since I started taking this, it has dramatically improved and I feel great. I googled it after I noticed a difference and found some folks actually use this to help with gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining)! I didn't expect that when I ordered these, so it's a fantastic surprise! It seems to soothe my stomach and has helped it heal so that I don't need my prescription acid blockers anymore. So not only do I have to pee less, but my horrible stomach aches and nausea are also gone. I'm becoming more like a normal person with this stuff, which surprises me. Natural solutions never work for me, but this does. Also, I was worried that since it's an oil, my IBS-D would make me really sick from it. Nope! The only effects I've had from it are 100% positive. I hope it helps other people the way it's helped me. I'm going to be taking this stuff for forever. If you're skeptical, you've got nothing to lose but the $8.49 price. I feel the chance that it may work for you makes it worth every penny.

I would provide a higher rating, however product storage accountability (quality assurance) appears lacking as the capsule are all stuck together due to heat. The picture reflects an inverted bottle, and product all stuck together.

Swanson is a good company

Seems to work. With regular use and one cap before bed, allows me to sleep through the night without getting up to pee. Can I say "pee" on Amazon?
