Excellent Tasting Sauce
I use this for everything - soups, BBQ ribs, main dishes, etc. It has an amazing taste and carries a pretty healthy kick! Not for the faint of heart but won't put you in the hospital, either.

My Favorite Garlic Chile Paste.
This is absolutely my favorite Garlic Chile Paste. I am not able to find this brand locally as I live in a rural area. It has been my favorite since I first used it 30 years ago. I love the lbalance of the vinegar and the chile. A little goes a long way.
