Yes...these were in the original, unopened box.

Does it come with an emblem code for in game?

Unfortunately it did not come with a emblem.

Are the accessories (e.g. guns, ghosts, held elemental abilities) interchangable between all the various guardians of other Mega Bloks sets?

Weapons and ghosts can be shared. The armor might be limited to Guardian classes (e.g. Warlocks can share with other Warlocks, But not with Titans and Hunters) I have not tried this though.
