Great steaks - absolutely delicious

I bought these filet mignon as a gift for my brother-in-law, and I'm so glad I did! He’s very picky about his steaks, but after trying these, he said they were one of the best he’s ever had. The texture was just perfect and the flavor was rich without being overwhelming. He was impressed by the marbling and how easy they were to cook. I was a bit nervous about buying steaks online, but this was a total win. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a special gift or a great steak experience.

I will also say with because I’m able to cook the filet the way I do 8 & 8 on propane grill 6 & 6 on charcoal grill these Cuts become a 10 outa 10. Keep up the great work. We got the 8 oz. Filet mignons—. Absolutely delicious and tender. They arrived quickly, ahead of schedule. Highly recommend them.

Sadly, they sent me 6 oz. steaks instead of the 8 oz. ones I ordered. These food delivery services sometimes make mistakes like this so you have to be careful. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. For the money, I expect much better service and did not get it. The six oz. steaks taste great mind you. It is a good product. But, they shorted me 12 oz. and that's less than great.

The filets were very good and well trimmed. But my package arrived thawed. The packaging needs to be better (using dry ice not Nordic Ice packs).

I've tried a lot of premium steaks from Gold Belly, but these are easily my favorite. They're beautifully portioned and because they were the same size and shape, they cooked up like a dream. I seared them in cast iron with a bit of garlic butter and finished in my oven. the result was heavenly. It’s not often you find something this good outside of a steakhouse. Thanks Grumpy!
