Should we expect 100 pods or go by the weight of 9.14 oz instead?

Yeah... You should just go by weight. They probably did not count out 100 pods and nor should anyone expect them to. Remember to wear gloves when handling these things, you will regret it if you don't. Or you will eventually get used to various orifices burning.

Have these peppers been sprayed? Answer requested from seller.

God I hope not. I have been eating them for well over a year. Also, sprayed with what exactly? I am sure they were sprayed with water while they were growing.

How do I store these? And how long are they good for?

They are dried peppers, so I would think they will last for a long while.
