I believe so if you rinse and air dry them.

How do you clean this?

I use them for citrus, contains citric acid, so just a rinse and lay out to dry. They don’t hold up for more than a couple of uses.

Can you let this sit in your drinking water with your lemons?

I have no idea but why would you want to, if they are washed, a piece of lemon in your water is fine. The bags are to keep seeds out of your food when you squeeze the lemon.
