Fits perfectly, works well.
I've outfitted all of our rover poles with these, since we almost always use them in the dirt rather than on hard surfaces. Haven't had a problem, and the height seems spot on compared with the cone points that they replaced. Note, we are not surveyors, but engineers who use high precision GPS systems to measure locations and elevations for soil borings, etc.
