Great Stuff. The Good: 10th Gen Processor (It's so good, it needs it's own mention) Quick Delivery Everything as Advertised The Bad: If you're looking for an Arabic keyboard, you might be disappointed. English is the sole printed language. The AC adapter is not a three pin plug which is generally used in the UK or UAE. Updated: So the product is not intended to for the Middle East market. It was meant for the US market. If anything breaks, the HP authorized dealers in UAE will not be able to fix it. (Don't ask me how I know)

Lovely machine, but caution on which supplier you use on Amazon
It's a great laptop, till it stopped working. Amazon will help by giving you contact details, however, if it was fulfilled by Amazon, you'd have better support. I have learnt that, with expensive electronics, it is worth choosing items supplied by Amazon over third parties

Scam, don't buy
Scammers, upgraded laptop with low quality ssd and RAM. My laptop stopped working in 20 days. When gave it to hp service centre they said laptop itself is not compatible with 32 gb RAM. Had to pay additional 1000 aed to hp to get it working with 8gb RAM and 512 ssd

There is a 2-4 sec glitch in the video calls... Tried to reach out to the seller but there is no response...

I had to buy a USB hub since there's only 2 USB ports on the laptop. Otherwise great laptop for the price.

Have had this for almost two months now..works fast, not noisy , doesnt get heated..HP is always reliable, have a desktop for almost 10 years now , still working fine.
