This date sugar is like eating dates. It's very healthy for me and the flavor is amazing. It's not like white sugar and doesn't dissolve like white sugar so it can be powdery and hard to mix. I use a whip blender for stirring for frothy cacao coffee replacement. Love this product and use it in a lot of my baking now as well. Results? Amazing taste and healthier option.

This is the best date sugar I have tried! I used Date Lady brand for years but it changed recently and was never as nice to cook with as Let's Date brand is. It will dissolve in liquids and it is sweet to taste. It has a soft texture, that is dry like a powdered sugar but also moist in a similar way like brown sugar. When you taste it by itself, it reminds me of a honey graham cracker. I usually replace half the amount of sugar in a recipe with this date sugar and the other half with date syrup. I have used many brands like Anthony's, Date Lady, etc. and this one is the only brand that I believe makes it right. The others were just like eating date dirt...Try this one, you won't regret it!

I have been looking for a sweetener to replace traditional sugar. This is a tasty option. It has just the right amount of sweetness. Without any chemical after taste. A little bit goes a long way. This is is helpful for my prediabetic diet needs. I still have a good amount left over. It is super fine and not clumpy. You really do not need much of it to get the desired sweetness in your cooking. This is a great pantry staple for me. I add it to brownies and it bakes nicely.

Trying to eat healthier, with more natural foods and fiber, and less sugar and chemical sweeteners. Bought a bag of this to try, and I love it. I use it in smoothies with other fruit when the smoothie needs a bit of sweetener, and it works GREAT. Gives a depth of flavor to the smoothie that I miss if I don't add it. The product description clearly says that it won't dissolve in liquid, so I don't expect it to - but I don't notice it with the fruit pulp in a smoothie. Don't know how it would work in other things, I haven't tried it. But it's the best thing ever for a tasty fruit smoothie. It has worked great with every type of fruit I've tried. Bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, apples, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, plums, strawberries - all good with this date sugar!
