I bought 2 echos during pre-order phase so I saved 300AED. My intention from the start was to use them as my TV sound system and I thought having Alexa as smart speakers was a plus why not. Turned up to be the best purchase of the year by miles!! Amazing sound quality and build quality for that matter. One issue was that I had to drop my Chromecast and get a firestick TV for compatibility issue otherwise speakers won't work as stero ttogether but even that was an amazing coincidence as the firestick was even better than the Chromecast in many ways. All in all I'm super pleased and happy with this purchase.

Sound quality, built in temperature sensor, best mic in any smart speaker and official support in UAE. The only missing features are buying on Amazon through Echo, making Alexa say a custom phrase in a routine and buying Alexa voices ex. Samuel Jackson voice, but im sure it will come in time. The built in temp works great for automating my AC to turn on and off when the room temp reaches a certain degree. The sound quality is amazing for Spotify music throughput the day. I like the new sphere design with the ring that reflects on the bottom. The only speaker you can whisper to! I have 3 google speaker in my house and they don't compare to the echo in my opinion. Im just waiting for Amazon to officially release the fire stick so I can stop using google assistant altogether.

Best Sound quality I love it.

The item was well packed. Installation & set up was easy (though I feel some people might confuse themselves between mobile app Alexa and the Alexa in Echo device). Both has separate settings even in terms of language, so set it up accordingly. Device works pretty well and it does address your queries. Music is great, especially after Bass is turned on. Tips for Bass lovers: The option is set to zero by default. You may increase the Bass and other sound settings inside the mobile app (and by choosing echo device option inside the app). Loud enough for bigger area like living room. No complaints and well satisfied. Loving the device.

Alexa is so so entertaining. Gifted to my Mom and she loves talking to her. Asking silly questions and then Alexa never stops to surprise you with some funny / unexpected answers. Overall a good pick. Worth it!

Just tried this product, and wow, the sound quality is super premium! 🎧✨ Waiting for another sale to buy the second one for my TV.. This can be alternative to any sound bars or home theater system.

I have had Echo Dots and a ecobee with Alexa for a long time, bought the Echo 4s for the soul purpose for a cheaper alternative for a home cinema without a sound bar giving away my Samsung frame as a TV. The system works but not all the time and specially when my TV goes to sleep, it wont wake up the hone cinema on awakening. The speakers are very very inconsistent in the volume range in different apps for example Youtube has the highest full volume, Prime is very close, Netflix I need to max out the volume for a decent experience and still miss a few vocals in the movie and Disney+ is just horrible (Disney got the most immersive sounds and Echo lets me down), all this was even worse out of the box, some updates made it better but still not enough to not complain Additionally they are big speakers with mounting threads at the bottom but no solution to mount them on the wall in a clean setup from Amazon itself, I am still using the amazon box as a stable surface on my couch backrest until I find that clean setup.

If you want a bit more boom to your audio, the Echo 4th Gen has got you covered. It somewhat compares to the audio quality on a JBL Xtreme 2, though the bass is not as much as the JBL at higher volumes but at medium volumes it provides a very nice listening experience. Considering the size of the device which is around 12 cms in diameter (just a reference, don't quote me on that), it sounds really good. I only wish the Alexa app was better to make better use of this speaker. Echo is a substantial improvement over the audio quality of the echo dot and also has a built in hub for connecting smart bulbs like Philips hue without buying a separate hub. Also the best part is that it only costs as much as a Bluetooth speaker and provides all the features of Alexa and better sound quality than most Bluetooth speakers in this price range.
