Doea the job
Reason why i gave it 4 stars because it leaves corck crumbs onto my mat which i didn’t really like i have to dust it everytime i place the block and remove it , apart from that its great !

I really like the weight and sturdiness of these. I have had the softer style before, but these are nice and firm and larger than my former foam yoga blocks. They are really great and am so happy with my purchase.

Excellent cork blocks and fortunately my cat does NOT love to sink her teeth into them like she does with the foam blocks. These should last a very long time. Extra firm and supportive, although sometimes a little too firm for things like lizard, resting forearms on the blocks, or under the lower back for legs up the wall. For softer positions that need support, I might switch to foam blocks but for stronger poses like flying half moon or even standing L or standing splits with blocks, it's nice to have a more solid support block.
