Great pens
These pens are great for adding notes to my Bible. The ink is dark, dries quickly, is permanent and non-smearing, and doesn't bleed through the thin pages. The tip is fine enough for small print. I hope Sakura keeps making these pens without change.

Great pens. Dependable.
These pens are an old standby for me. Great for drawing. They form consistent lines and do not bleed. Waterproof so if you want to use watercolor paint over the lines you can. Highly recommended, and I would suggest trying out different sizes, although my personal favorite are the 005s.

Great precision drawing pens with super fine line and archival ink!
As a professional artist and illustrator who works in pen and ink extensively, I have used Sakura's Pigma Micron 005 ink pens for 29 years and have always been very pleased with the results. These are great precision drawing pens with a super-fine line. Excellent for hand-drawn graphics, character concept art, comics, graphic novels, cartoons, and any precision line art or illustration you wish to create. The fast drying archival ink does not fade or bleed when dry which makes them ideal for use with watercolors and water soluble bottled color inks or illustration markers . They perform well on a variety of papers, from economy sketch tablets and sheets of copy paper to art papers like water color papers, Bristol card stock, illustration board, or cotton fiber print making papers. If you are new to working with these pens, be careful to not apply forceful pressure while drawing or writing since the miniature felt tip is delicate and can break. Tip breakage can also occur if the pen falls and strikes point-first, but even with a broken felt tip, you can still draw with it, so long as you don't scrape the metal ferrule into the paper. Practice a light pressure and delicate stroke when using these pens and they will last through many drawings before the ink runs out. Highly recommended!

Super fine for tight spots in ART.
Great pens for drawing details and I have been using these for over 22 years. When you need to put vey fine details into a piece of art these pens are efficient and super fine and are very hard to smear even if you build up the ink.

Always reliable
I've used these pens for years and have always liked them. However, I am finding that they are wearing out rather quickly. The nibs wear down. But, I like the variety of sizes, and when I get tired of having to replace them, I have another brand (cheaper) that doesn't wear down that quickly, if at all.

Great quality
I love these because they come in .005 ML point. Perfect for the fine work that I have to do. They last a long time. They are a rich, black and give good coverage. They give a perfectly fine line with no bleeding. Tips do not wear out. Although be careful not to run them over wet areas or they stop working. I always have these on hand. Never want to run out. Buying them in a multi pack is a good price.

Staple for me.
Wonderful for those of us with small handwriting. Excellent pigment/colour saturation. Doesn't bleed through my Hobonichi, Sterling Ink, Hibino, or Stalogy paper. Only wish more colours were available in general, and especially at the smaller sizes.

Very fine tip, good for pen and wash
Very fine tip indeed, something I increasingly use. The resulting line can virtually disappear under watercolour, or you can go over the lines again later to make them more prominent. They don't last long; the tips are easy damaged. So I buy them in quantity.
