This is the textbook for a college course at Clackamas community college. It is an excellent reference and training textbook for anyone wanting a better understanding of muscle physiology, strength training, and ways to boost their (and potential clients) hypertrophy and physical health through exercise. Unlike most college texts books I foresee myself returning to this one many times over the coming years as I adjust from student to certified strength coach. 10/10 would recommend for anyone interested in strength and conditioning methodologies and the โwhy it worksโ aspects of fitness, anyone who has fitness goals, and anyone with a mind toward personal training and fitness. Buy it! You wonโt be disappointed.

I have been trying to buy this book for a while now, but I had a hard time getting one from the official website as they have a different shipping courier for an international order; I live in Canada.
