Accurate weight and comfortable design
Pretty much bang on 4.5kg (purchased the 10lb version). Fits very comfortably, the weight is distributed evenly throughout the vest, and the straps have a good range of adjustability. I'm a small person (50kg/160cm) and I'm able to tighten it down comfortably. It would be a touch too loose if I were to run with it on, but I think that is the nature of the design with elastic support straps. It's nice enough that I have repurchased another two times for other ladies at the gym
