I have tried everything from drops to clumsy spherical syringes, but this toolkit completely fails to achieve the desired effect. The manual ear irrigation system is very rough and its strength is not sufficient to remove accumulated earwax, which makes people feel uncomfortable. According to the instructions, fill the bottle with warm water and a little hydrogen peroxide. After a few minutes, my ears did not become noticeably clearer. Its price is not high, but the effect is not good. Not a user-friendly product

As a nurse who irrigates ears regularly at my job using professional products (much more expensive), this was perfect for home use. It is similar to a name brand that is marketed to clinics at a much higher price. It works just as well. Love that it comes with the catching basin that is notched to fit under the ear. If you know all you have is wax build up, it is perfect. The tip ensures you do not get too far into the ear canal and cause damage. I am not sure what the bulb syringe is included for as that is not something I would use for the ear because it can go in too far and cause problems. It might be good for sinus irrigation though… or to suck snot from babies nose! I also do not like the inclusion of the ear scoop tools as these can be more harmful than helpful if used improperly. Nice to grab wax that has come to the surface and is visible to grab without going into the ear canal, but hopefully people know not to dig into the ear with these.

I bought this thinking it was similar to a tool used by a quick care to clean my ears. The bottle doesn’t provide much pressure to clean your ears out. However the hydrogen peroxide and water mix is actually useful and what I remember the quick care using. Prior to my purchase, I used ear wax removal drops for about a week but with no results. It wasn’t until I bought this and seeing the bottle fail me, I left the drops in my ear for longer than 5 minutes(around 10mins). I then used the red syringe and applied the pressure I wanted. EVERYTHING came out. In summary, just get ear wax removal drops with a big enough rubber syringe and leave the drops in your ear for about 10 minutes. Do this for about 4-7 days if your ears are super clogged.

Amazing tool to have on hand. Yesterday I woke up with my right ear clogged and could barely hear. Nothing I tried helped and the syringe style ear wax cleaner only got out a tiny bit at a time, not helping at all. I sat through a 6 hour new hire orientation essentially deaf in my right ear. I thought I’d have to go to urgent care or the doctors today due to it. I ordered this out of desperation when I got home and paid for the overnight shipping. It arrived this morning and I can now hear again! This will blast the clog right out of your ear and was super easy to use!
