I've always had full protective sleeves for my Apple Pencil and have been wanting to try grips instead. I chose to try a thin grip over a chunky one to see how it goes and so far, so good! The grips are true to color and they're very smooth to the touch, but not too smooth that it's a problem holding the pencil. It doesn't slip and slid in your hand. It's very comfortable to write with and doesn't hurt my fingers after I've been using it consistently for a while. Also, the pencil does charge with this grip on, given you have a case with an open side. I have a case that covers the charging side of my iPad and the pencil doesn't charge with it on, so pay attention to this! I chose this pack ultimately for the green since I couldn't find any tan/neutral colors to go with my aesthetic, so the pink and the green grips will have to do as they work just fine. These are really nice grips and I'm glad I decided to go with them!

Fits my off brand pencil perfectly. It can be a bit of a pain to install it but if you spray a few drops of rubbing alcohol in the grip it slips right on the pencil easy. Comfortable. Thin and still charges on the side of the iPad

It is difficult to slip on (super tight fit) so that’s a struggle. It is silicon tho so I find that it does make it easier for me to grip my apple pen (2nd gen) and I like the colors (purple). My iPad still charges the pen with the grip holder on BUT it makes it easier for the pen to slip off so BEWARE. Not sure why it came in a pack of 4 tho as if we’d all own 4 Apple pens at once but I guess you got options. Could be cheaper tho in packs of 2. Lightweight and works as intended.

Best quality,protection and is very funcional

I bought these for my wife, and she has LOVED them. She is a Doctoral student, and writes on her iPad for multiple hours everyday (no exaggeration!). She told me they help maintain her grip, which in turn has lessened her finger fatigue from writing all day. I definitely recommend to anyone who is writing on their iPad for long sessions! It has not impaired her pencil's ability to charge or hold on to the side of the iPad!

Product is soft and smooth. A little thicker from Apple Pencil sleeves, but not by much. Could use a bit more thickness for extra comfort. With the grip fully on the pencil, it will not charge. Grip has to be moved down at least to about where the tip is then it will charge but it takes a few moments for it to get the notification of it charging on the iPad. I will likely keep them because they work for now but it is a bit annoying that they won’t charge with it fully on all the way. It will fit in the Apple Pencil holder on iPad cases, but is definitely a tight fit.

So it may NOT be a perfect fit to put your Apple Pencil in a case for your iPad, but it is far from being super thick and bulky, which honestly turned me off from many different other grips. I had an iPad mini 6 (2020) that takes the Apple Pencil 2nd generation. I bought grips for that pencil and I liked them. I gave that tablet to my 6 year old to play games with as I needed a bigger tablet for note taking for my classes. Upon using the old grips (meant for the 2nd generation pencil) they would slide off, so that is important to note to anyone that has grips from YINVA and they are specifically indicated for either generation, you can swap them and use them with a different pencil, but for me at least, the second generation grips easily slid off my Apple Pencil 1. So I bought the ones for the first generation pencil and I love them. PLEASE NOTE: these grips, like pretty much any other grip, is made of silicone, and heat and friction from using the grip for a prolonged time- like say taking notes in class or doing homework on your iPad- will cause the grip to loosen and possibly slide. Its good to take a break and make sure that wherever you store these grips, it is somewhere not too hot.

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience and to address some of the issues that have been raised by other users. The grip has a great feel, and prevents the pencil from slipping in my hands. It's also thin enough that it almost feels like there's nothing there. In terms of charging, the pencil requires direct contact with the iPad in order to charge. If you have a case that has any sort of plastic layer on top of the charging side, the pencil will become too far to reach the wireless charger on the iPad. This is no fault on the grip design, rather the physics of wireless charging. Put too many layers between the device and the charger, and the wireless magic won't reach the device anymore. So what I did was I simply used an exacto knife to cut a slot in the cover right where the grip will fall, and it works perfectly that way. I've attached images of my little hack. Not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. Hope this helps someone on the fence!

I bought four silicone grips for my Apple Pencil 2 from YINVA. They are amazing! They come in different colors: Pink, Purple, Blue, and Black. They make the Apple Pencil easier to hold and use. They also let me charge the Apple Pencil with magnets. They are easy to put on and take off. They are not expensive and they look nice. What I like: They feel good in my hand. They have different colors to choose from. They work with magnetic charging. They are easy to use. They are cheap and pretty. What I don’t like: Nothing. I love them! My opinion: If you have an Apple Pencil 2, you should get these grips. They will make your Apple Pencil better to use and more fun. They are worth it!
