My previous Jabra headset lasted about two years of constant call center use before the mic started giving out. When it was time to replace it, I stayed within the Jabra family — my workplace already uses a different Jabra model and I knew the ecosystem. The Evolve2 75 was the upgrade I was willing to spend on. I've been using it since September 2025, first for a call center role with back-to-back calls all day, and now for Teams meetings. It connects to my Dell work computer via the USB dongle and pairs separately with my iPhone over Bluetooth. Switching between the two is straightforward — no fumbling around, no re-pairing process every time. That alone is worth noting if you're working across a computer and a phone throughout the day. The microphone is where this earns its price. It isolates your voice well and the noise cancellation handles ambient background noise — random sounds, movement, other conversations nearby — without making your audio sound processed or unnatural. People on the other end of calls haven't flagged any quality issues, even when I've walked away from my desk. The connection stays solid at range, which matters more than expected once you're actually in a long call. One feature I didn't expect to rely on as much as I do: flipping the boom arm up automatically mutes you. It's a simple thing, but in back-to-back meetings it removes any concern about accidentally being picked up when you're not speaking. Flip it down and you're live. Flip it up and you're muted. No button hunting. Comfort holds up across a full workday. I'm wearing this for 8-hour shifts and it hasn't become uncomfortable over long meetings or extended call blocks. Battery has been consistent — never needed to stop mid-shift to charge. The only honest caveat is the price. This is a professional headset and it's priced accordingly. If calls are a core part of your job, it's a justifiable investment. If you're on occasional meetings, there are more affordable options. For anyone in a heavy-use work role — this is the one I'd recommend.

These work great at my job in a very noisy Data Center. Highly recommend for Data Center techs whom coordinate work while in the field. I can hear caller perfectly and they can also hear me perfectly.

I find these have superior call quality versus phones with built-in mics. Use the Evolve 75 for about 4 years. When my last needed replacement I saw Jabra was introducing these. At first, I bought the Evolve2 65, which I didn't like as it had a funny fit I found uncomfortable. Call quality was so-so. I immediately liked the Evolve2 75. Why: Good fit and comfortable, can wear for hours Boom mic tucks away when not in use Dropping boom mic answers calls Battery life goes on for days ANC is good for an open design Sound quality is also very good You can multi-task with these on listening to music while you work, and have them ready in an instant to take a call. Love them!

I got these as a replacement to my JE75s I got back in 2019 for Zoom calls/ soft phones, and they are the best! I had to get them again! They are the perfect headset for taking calls all day and continuing to listen to music long after work is over. The long battery life is the star of the show. I feel like I only have to charge them every other or third day, as they always seem to have life in them when they are needed. These are perfect for any desktop, whether you are a professional telemarketer or a gamer looking for a wireless gaming headset or something to wear casually, these are the best for the money! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for comfortable headphones.
