I really enjoyed Ocean's Halo Organic Wakame Strips. The quality was excellent, and the wakame had a fresh, clean flavor without being overly salty or fishy. The texture was tender after rehydrating and worked perfectly in miso soup, salads, and other Asian-inspired dishes. I appreciate that the product is organic and made with simple ingredients. A little goes a long way, so the package lasts quite a while. It's also a great way to add variety, minerals, and flavor to meals. If you enjoy seaweed or are looking to incorporate more nutrient-dense foods into your diet, these wakame strips are a great pantry staple. I would definitely purchase them again.

Comes dehydrated, just soak in water while you prepare dinner & it's ready to eat in about 15-20 minutes. Like all seaweed & kelp, it's an acquired taste. But I like it & will buy again. Suggested serving size was a bit much for me alone, but it's a great value for the price. Excellent quality. Supplies minerals & iodine that we often don't get in American diet. It's a very dark seaweed, almost black & a bit stronger taste that the other types of kelp that I've bought in the past. It will last me a long time, because I only eat about 1/16 of a cup (dry volume) so quantity equivalent to reconstituted is good for price. Good size for me, with sealing top. I will purchase again.

Excellent Quality

I only use the wakame as a snack, I've never used it in a salad or soup - yet! I think it's a good way to get some trace minerals without taking another pill. This wakame is really good quality, I'll but this brand again!

I've bought the Halo brand for many years, and the packaging has changed but the contents remain high quality and something that more people should eat more of! Miso soup to the rescue!

You just need a few dried kernels and they plump up to a bowl full of wakame.eilllat you a long time

Now what i was imagining its more of bits than shreds, but the texture when soaking in cool water is nice. Wish it was more of strips. Other than that tastes very nice.
