This stuff’s a tad expensive, but in terms of flavor, melting, and using either in cake toppings or in decorating the stuff is just incredible. I even use them as in ultra simple and incredibly flavourful dessert. Plus, many folks who don’t tolerate dark chocolates find quality, white chocolate to be amenable.Put simply, this stuff taste great, and I’ve yet to meet anybody who doesn’t like it.
