Yes, but it only displays on your HDTV or the display built in the unit. Not both at same time.

Would I be able to record both HDMI inputs at the same time? If so, can it create a different video for each channel?

I believe it can combine both HDMI inputs into a split-screen or PIP recording, but does not produce individual streams/recordings/files.

i have the issue using 4g USB, it said not the USB full but it new and empty ?

I am not sure of your specific issue but I do know that many cheap Chinese USBs are simply frauds. It has happened to me. Use a pre-formatted brand name USB storage such as SanDisk or Seagate. Don’t skimp on quality solid state storage. I hope this helps.
