On paper, this is probably a solid 4 star shower gel, but once you factor in the price and the size of the bottles, it’s an easy bump up to 5 stars. The scent is lovely without being overpowering, it lathers really well, and it leaves skin feeling clean and moisturised without any tacky or greasy residue. It’s also been absolutely fine on sensitive skin. What really impressed me was the ingredient list. Comparing this to other budget shower gels, it’s refreshing to see a combination of effective oil and grime removing surfactants alongside gentler, more skin friendly ones, rather than relying purely on cheap bubble makers like many low cost brands do. I’d imagine the pricing comes from bulk production rather than cutting corners on the formula, which really shows in use. I’ve tried a few of these in different scents now and honestly can’t find anything cheaper in this bottle size in any shop. Genuinely no complaints at all. A great everyday shower gel and excellent value for money.

Beautiful fragrance and leaves skin feeling nice and soft. Has a good lather and good value for money shower gel. One gripe if any is that the hole on the bottle is a little large so you need to be careful not to squeeze too hard as loads will come out and you end up wasting it.

I have extremely sensitive skin. Even the shower gel named after a breed of bird is sometimes a bit much for me. This shower gel has not dried my skin out at all. In fact, it has nourished my skin so much, that all of the dry skin of my feet has gone. My feet are now soft and smooth. The gel lathers up really well, is quite thick when it comes out of the bottle. It has a subtle scent; I wouldn't say that the smell lasts that longer either (of course all of this would be dependent on the hardness of your water. Mine is medium hard). As you don't need that much, I can see one bottle lasting at least a month. I'm going to dispense the rest of it into my shower gel dispenser, so at least I will be using a measured amount. It is incredible value for money, I can't believe you can get 2 bottles for less than a cost of 1 bottle of the bird brand! It's great quality too, cleanses really well.

The product was average. The shower gel worked fine, but there was nothing particularly special about it. It cleans well and has a mild scent, but the overall experience was quite standard. It’s a decent everyday option, but not exceptional.
